Kayla Voskes, AMFT

Kayla Voskes (she/her) is a registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of California (AMFT#140099). She is practicing under the supervision of licensed psychologist Dr. Anna Nedelisky.

Kayla works with teens and adults experiencing a range of difficulties resulting from anxiety, depression and/or trauma. She has sub-specialties in working with neurodivergent clients, working with Persistent Demand for Autonomy (PDA), and providing parenting consultations.

Problems are never one size fits all.  Kayla uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to address her clients' goals and making meaningful change, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic / Insight, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness, Family Systems and Positive Psychology.  She also has a background in ABA/behavior modification therapy. 

Kayla believes in building a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients, and in meeting her clients where they are at. Kayla strives to make therapy a space where each of her clients feels safe, heard, and accepted.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her partner and family, being outdoors, traveling, reading, and listening to music.
